Q1.Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

A:Many of my products are created with sensitive, reactive and mature skin in mind. being that every person's skin is different, I recommend reviewing the ingredients and patch testing before full usage.

Q2.What makes your skincare products different from store-bought brands?

​

A:My products are handcrafted with care and  passion, using sustainable and eco-friendly ingredients.

I don't dilute with fillers or harsh chemicals. Each formulation is designed

 to solve a problem-whether it's dryness,irritation , uneven skin tone or aging.

Q3. How should I store your oils and butters?

​

A:Keep  them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Most products come in amber glass to protect

them from light.Use clean dry hands or tools when applying to 

extend shelf life.

Q4.Do you offer consultations or custom formulations?

​

A:Yes! I offer mini skincare consultations where I discuss your unique skin needs. From there,

I can suggest the right products or create a bespoke formulation just for you.

​​Q5.Why does my product looks slightly different from my previous order?

​

A:being that the products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients, slight variations in color, texture or aroma may occur from batch to batch.These natural differences are normal and are apart of what makes each batch uniquely handcrafted.

Q6.How do I know which skincare product is right for me?

A:Read the product description for the skin type and purpose of each product. If you are unsure, contact me before ordering and I will help you choose.

A:Yes! From traditional Jamaican treats to wild crafted teas , everything is made with authenticity and with love.

A:All blends are naturally caffeine -free, made with herbs and flowers sourced  sustainably

or forage myself.They are crafted to support wellness and relaxation.

Q11. Can I return my skincare or food products?

​

A: For health, hygiene and safety reasons,I do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products. If your order is damaged, incorrect or there is an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work with you and resolve it.
