Sorrel, Ginger & Citrus Blend

Enjoy the fruity taste of a cup of  hot/ warm Sorrel Tea, or if you please had some ice ,a shot of rum , brandy  or whiskey and enjoy a refreshing cup of drink.( liquor  is optional)This is one of my favorite thing to drink, especially at Christmas  time.
 
Ingredients : dried Sorrel  , grated Ginger

HOW TO PREPARE

When making regular teas if you steep them for over 3 minutes they start becoming bitter due to the tanins in the leaves. Herbal Teas are different, the longer you steep/ boil them the more oils and minerals you get out of the herbs. I recommend that you steep my teas for 5-10 minutes using either an infuser, french press ,a special teapot .However, if you don't  have any of the three items previously mentioned, don't  let that stop you from drinking tea.Boil/ steep boil your tea in a sauce pan/ pot.
